I can't do much about that sorry. I just changed the colour scheme :) You could always speak to the author of the assets tho to see if they have any info RE different texture qualities.
From what I understand, that mod is like open cities and it states that it moves the five holds to the Tamriel worldspace. Since I added the hedges to the Whiterun worldspace, that's why they won't show with SREX. I don't use that mod myself or any other open cities like mods so I wouldn't know where to begin in making them compatible. Sorry about that.
Sorry, I'm not quite sure what you are requesting. If you don't have seasons of skyrim you can still use my first upload, which will show a green version in your game.
the problem with the shadow might be related to the settings of the mesh. If you open it in nifskope, it is flagged as double sided. That is needed to make the hedge look fuller. Because otherwise leaves only would be visible from one direction. But the side effect of double sided is, that the surfaces on these "backsides" (which would be invisble without the flag), can not handle light income the same way like the front

The only nitpick I have is that some of the leaves don't react to shadows, so they are always bright.
Which mod is the tree from?
And the ivy?
And that trellis? :P
For the shadows, I'm not really sure how to go about addressing that. I've still pretty basic when it comes to modding knowledge. If you have a tip, let me know :)
The Gildergreen is from Nature of the Wild Lands (newest edition)
The trellis is I believe from Tomato's Whiterun
The Ivy is High Quality Ivy BOS
The Ivy added to Whiterun is from Green Thumb Whiterun
:)
Thanks for the reply.
I am seriously thinking about finally switching from Skyrim 3D trees to Nature of the Wild Lands.
