You don't need a mod for this
    Type "help bandage" enter
    Get the code
    Type "player.equipitem *thecodeyougot* enter

can i ask for a "breast" bandage as armor?

i got some monk gameplay (way of the monk) and i really want to see those abs, bodywarpaints and abs i installed.

but i do not want to use those lingerie for porn ads tbh.

i  just want to see the abs tho

    not some sexy bikini

The bandages are made of original game assets, so the author can't make what you ask unless they use assets from another source. However, the exact thing (a bandage that covers only the chest) can be found in this mod (Minidress Collection) as the upper part of the "Ragged Trousers" outfit. If you can get the author's permission, you could turn it into what you were looking for.

Edit: Here's a picture. (Taken from here.)
      Spoiler:
      Show

There are also "Footwraps" in there (in the picture, partly covered by pants). They cover most of the leg, so they are great replacers for leg bandages. Both of them together work pretty well if you're using Wounds, a mod that adds head, leg, arm and torso injuries.

Thank you for the work put into this, i was digging into the Skyrim console today and discovered the original locked apparel items.  I was quickly relieved to find you personally made this possible to view in own inventory and have these shown also under the arcane enchanting table.

However,  i ask that you make a last addition.

    PLEASE
allow the community to naturally enchant the hand wraps and head wraps as typical enchantments in category of the hand and head slots are locked.  My current work around is having to manually enchant through console using the "playerenchantobject 09000d61 0007a0f8 0007a100" This however does not allow me very much freedom, as enchanting through use of console is dependant only on enchanting level and nothing else.

    Cheers

Is it possible to make a .esl flagged version of this so it doesn't take up space in the load order?

Not sure if the code does much though, I think it depends on the load order of the mod. But help bandages works always Is there 2 versions of each originally or did you make an extra pair that is playable?

Yeah the code in the description is just there as an example; it does depend on the load order. And actually I didn't do much, there was an option to tick to make the bandages playable. I don't know why it wasn't incorporated in the vanilla game, probably because it served no real purpose.
