Makes it so some of the Anniversary Edition Weapons have unlimited charge. Meant as a companion mod for Immersively Improved Artifacts mod. Kinda cheaty but I just wanted these artifacts to compete a bit with the endgame chaos damage + 2nd enchantment weapon with 100% cost destruction reduction armor you make in endgame. This way players that don't go into crafting skills can have some cool stuff as well.
