Doesn't it bother you that NPCs in Skyrim don't have a lot of different clothes and armors to wear ?
Make sure you have SPID version 7.2.0.RC11 in order for the mod to work
This mod is currently a Work In Progress some armors can get removed, others added and settings tweaked. You can join the Discord if you want to discuss about it

What the mod does :
- adds modded armors from the list below to NPCs in the game via SPID
Currently added Armors :
If you don't want to download some armors used in the mod remember to remove them from the ini files
Adventurers
Savior's Hide Replacer 2 - 75% to Adventurers
Bandits
Ysmir Armor - 100% to Bandit Chiefs
Guards
Falconer Armor - 100% to all Dawnstar Guards
Dwemer Armor - 100% to all Markarth Guards
Infantry Armor - 100% to all Morthal Guards (heavy and light)
Fluted Armor - 100% to all Riften Guards
Silver Armor - 100% to all Solitude Guards
Northern God Armor - 100% to all Windhelm Guards
Wind Ruler Armor - 100% to all Winterhold Guards
Demon Slayer Armor Mashup - 100 % to all Ivarstead Guards (light and armored)
Vigilants of Stendarr
Elmlock Armor - for all Vigilants of Stendarr
Elmlock Armor Colors - for all Vigilants of Stendarr
every cent the mod generates is reversed to associations (doctors without borders, wildlife conservation society, international committee of the red cross)
