for info, it's only on the steel armor. so i don't think it's "extern" cause. but i'm not an expert so, if you can tell me, it would be great!

You didn't install the sleeves textures from Steel Armors and Weapons Retexture's FOMOD. Make sure "Steel Armor Sleeves Mesh replacer" is selected when re-installing that mod and ensure Steel Retexture is enabled in your mod manager.

Sorry, my head is blowing up with all these combinations...

Fur Shader Armors - HIMBO V5 Refit
Xavbio Cubemap Patch Hub (3BA - HIMBO)
Xavbio Armors Collection - HIMBO V5 Refits
Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux Half Res
Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux Meshes
Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux 3BA
HDT-SMP Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux

Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux - HIMBO Refit
Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux - HIMBO Refit and Add-ons

Is this the proper combination & priority for using Xavbio + Fur Shader Armors + HDT-SMP?
Anything I can disable for cleanup?

Do not use Fur Shader Armors together with Fur Shaders for Xavbio Retextures Redux, first and foremost. Pick one or the other.
I'd advise just using FSXRR now if you want to keep things simple:
If you're using both 3BA and HIMBO HDT-SMP refits, you don't actually need either regular mesh file on HDT-SMP FSXRR's page as they'll be overwritten upon building meshes for either HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors variant.

Delete Fur Shader Armors, its SMP files, and my HIMBO refits for bosn's FSA if you are opting to go with FSXRR.
You don't need the FSA-specific patches from my cubemaps patches and this mod in that case.

Hello, great work. I installed the path for guard armors retexturw but every guard has the same texture (stormcliaxj texture)istead of the corresponding city.
I has the update texture of the mod and xavbio texture.

I think I messed up the mesh ordering on the HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors version of the sleeved Guards project. Let me investigate this.

Update: Yup, I definitely did when I was trying to fix the HIMBO body shredding with sliders. Hotfix going up soon is now up; I've also added a preventative measure for the Penitus Oculatus armor as well since that's texture-swapped from Tullius' armor (esps are looking for the GeneralTulius part to texture swap).

Strange. Was the Penitus Oculatus texture swapping working with HDT-SMP, pants-on Tullius before the hotfix? It seems to be working fine on my end with the both .osp variants and moving the Player-exclusive meshes to the original generaltulius folder to test it on NPCs.
Try re-installing/rebuilding your Tullius meshes with the update; otherwise, I can rollback the change if necessary.

Do you have any plugins in your LO that changes the Penitus Oculatus' armor add-on record in your load order by any chance? And have you tested with all other Tullius refit projects you might also have, like HIMBO, HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors, and even my no-SMP pants-on project to check if it's just a problem with the pants-on HDT-SMP Tullius project?
There shouldn't be any plugin that changes the biped model records to match it to GeneralTulius (two Ls) to my knowledge; not from HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors' regular plugin, and not even from USSEP outside of the first-person record change. If it's not that, I don't think I can help any further on troubleshooting why only the PO texture swapping has been broken in your LO, with or without the hotfix.

EDIT: Also, it seems like the native HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors project without pants for its Player-exclusive variant is still swapping to the PO textures just fine for me despite "technically" not having the right mesh part name, but otherwise having everything in the right positions...

The only esp that modify penitus is xabvio retexture mods adrressing the texture of the pants. I install hdt vanilla armor first, then xavbio retexture and your mod the last and i dont have the correct texture of penitus. This only hapen with the pants addon, with de other version work perfectly. (Sorry for my english, i am spanish)

...I completely forgot Imperial Retextures had its own ESP patch specifically to give the PO armor distinct pants from the base Tullius armor. That patch explains why texture swapping never worked for you: the mesh parts were always misaligned in that case.
I'll have to mark this down in the FOMOD (ditto for Imperial Light + AMB after looking at that patch too) after fixing the mesh ordering again. Thanks for narrowing things down to that mod.

EDIT: The actual hotfix is up. I hope this fixes the Tullius (and Imperial Light) texture swapping for real.

You're overcomplicating things for yourself for no good reason. If you didn't want the refitted sleeved meshes, you should've said so and replied in my Cubemaps mod rather than moving the conversation here.
I'll repost the install steps for you, with mod links and appropriate highlighting to save you time:

      • HIMBO's base refits OR HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors
      • Xavbio's Glass, Iron, Orcish, and/or Wolf retextures to get the proper cubemap textures + patched helmets and patched BodySlide meshes for gloves and boots
      • My cubemap patch hub to cover the updated HIMBO body armor OR HDT-SMP'd body armors
      • Ensure the cubemap patches win conflicts. You need to rebuild HIMBO Vanilla - Hands/Feet - XXXX projects whether you're using HIMBO's stock refits OR HDT-SMP Vanilla Armors. Then rebuild whichever HIMBO body armor refit you want to use.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH KONAHRIK'S ACCOUTREMENTS. THE TWO MODS DO THE SAME THING. USE ONE
OR THE OTHER. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP ASKING ME ABOUT THIS PLEASE I WILL LITERALLY NEVER MAKE A PATCH.
Quoted straight from AotDC's mod page. In short, no.

I apologize, I wasn't clear - since these two mods do the same thing will your meshes work for the sets from Konahrik's Accoutrements? I tried installing your mod and bodyslides are there, and I only use KA, not AotDC.

Oops. Well, the answer is mostly no, with the exception of KA's unarmored robes and gloves meshes; and even then you'd need to edit all of the project meshes' texture paths to KA's, then have the BS projects build to KA's mesh filepaths.
As seen on KA's modpage, all of its armored robes meshes use a robes over dragon priest plating look, whereas AotDC's armored meshes puts the dragon priest plating over the robes. A refit from scratch would be needed (then re-used for all variants) for KA's armored robes in this case. This goes for the boots as well since AotDC and KA's UVs are not the same in this case.
Technically speaking, the UVs on AotDC's unarmored robes and gloves actually match up with KA's textures. Sure, they'll look noticeably darker and the robes won't have AotDC's tattered edges, but you likely don't care about those details versus not having any HIMBO refit at all. However, I will reiterate the above two paragraphs' points: You need to make texture path and project build path changes for all of these unarmored robe variants yourself.

Even considering that most of the work on the AotDC side of this mod is admittedly copying over mesh properties inside Outfit Studio then editing the project's details to match, this is still very tedious work. Doing all of this would warrant a separate mod page that I'm not at all interested in maintaining, considering I don't even use KA in my load order anymore.

Ah, I see. Didn't even noticed the sets are different, I think patching AotDC armors to have KA effects is the easiest way to get both refits and the effects, since I am not good with Outfit studio at all, but I am torn which of the robe designs I actually prefer.
Thank you for answering in any case!

UPDATE: Xavbio's Dragon Priest Retexture actually has an optional KA's Retexture in style of AotDC which I was using, hence why I was getting your bodyslides working without AotDC. I think they are working perfectly together.

Oops, I completely forgot that was also an option in the Dragon Priests Retexture FOMOD. It does (mostly) change the armored meshes to AotDC's heavy style from what I see.
I'll update the AotDC module's description in a bit. Glad you got it working on your end, though.

Update: I've (finally) uploaded a comprehensive adaptation of the AotDC module for KA; this should also cover the few KA-exclusive sets (Glass, Heart Stone, Silver) as well. Apologies for the back and forth over the past couple of days.

This is amazing; thank you. Would you ever consider a CBBE complement? I'd love a sleeved version of the Fur Shader Armors for CBBE.

I'm not considering making any CBBE (3BA) BodySlide counterparts to the sleeved (+ FSA fusion) meshes as of now. Yes, I'm aware there are other mods that try their hand at it with varying degrees of quality (excepting Steel); I also have far worse expertise at making 3BA refits from scratch.
Also, Artistop's patch hub only really touches Savior's Hide. Sleeves of Skyrim is an entirely different beast, and one that I will not offer support for as I don't use it in my LO.

    Hi Hishigami!

I noticed a strange occurrence in the Armory of the Dragon Cult bodyslides.
In the Slider Sets folder there is '.osp' bodyslide data for a Suleyk armor set, however there are no input nifs in the Shape Data folder, which resulted in an error when I ran the bodyslide application.

The actual error said 'could not find input nifs" for all the armor pieces of Suleyk armor set.

    Any thoughts?

Looks like I've accidentally left Wyrmstooth's Suleyk .osp files in the main FOMOD install folder, somehow.
I've just uploaded a new FOMOD with that fixed.

Hi Hishigami, awesome mod. Would you consider splitting the leather armor retexture meshes (and potentially other optional meshes) in your FOMOD? I really like Xavbio's pants for the leather and scaled armors, but rather prefer the 'loincloth' look for the two fur armor variants. I've gone ahead and hidden the nif files, which (hopefully) should revert the fur armors, but it would be awesome if you could include the option within a future update for simplicity's sake.

    Thank you for your work!

Making XAC more modular isn't a bad idea, actually! Moreso considering Xavbio's FOMODs already do just that, kinda.
I'll give it a look since it shouldn't take too long to re-arrange and flag stuff in FOMOD Creation Tool.

Update: It's up now. Doesn't look like there's any install issues with the FOMOD on my end after I picked a very specific vanilla + FSA combo for testing.
