If you find a missing shout, let me know and I'll fix it. I only use 3 or 4 shouts so it's possible one got left out. I have no intentions of creating versions for other volume levels, but I will certainly update existing versions if something is broken. Just let me know.
Hey there, how did you actually manage to make the voices quieter? Looking to remove one of them for one of my own mods and can't figure it out, can it be done in the CK?
Great mod, but it is not compatible with immersive sounds mod. If your sound does not change, then some other mod updated the file directory for the sounds like immersive sounds.
Downloaded manually. Where am i supposed to put this? I tried putting it in the data folder like every other mod and there's no change in volume. even with the 25 db
I've tried manually and with Vortex but I can't get it to change. I verified Vortex changed the .wav files to the quieter ones but in game there is no difference. I checked and no other mod is writing over this one. SOLVED. Immersive Sounds creates a NEW folder (shout_is) for shouts and that overrides the sounds from this mod. So anyone using Immersive Sounds watch out.
Ok, so what's the solution? I'm using Immersive Sounds and Vortex, but not sure what you mean by 'watch out'? Can you elaborate? Are you saying this requires manual installation/overwrite? Thank you.
Thank you! I've been looking for so long for a mod that turns down the volume of the shouts and this works perfectly. Curious, does it affect the shouts made by the Draugr at all?
No, it doesn't. It doesn't affect racial abilities either. Only the player dragon shouts. Why are Draugr shouting anyway? How does that even fit into lore? That would mean there's like 4 or 5 dragonborn/graybeards buried in every crypt.
I think the Greybeards mentioned how anyone could learn to shout if they practice long enough.
Besides the Greybeards themselves, Ulfric Stormcloak is another good example of a non-dragonborn who can shout. Although I do see your point; at higher levels there can be quite a few gifted shouters in those crypts.

Quieter shout voice mod By MugnumAF only reduces the shout sound of player.
So I recommend using both mods.
