I didn't like any of the existing upscales packs, so I just made my own.
I think mine is less bad than every other upscale mod, but thats up to you, I can say with 100% certainty mine has better more consistent quality due to using BC7, tried to keep the texture dimensions to match the objects without going too overboard, large objects do have higher resolutions etc. but predominantly most textures are doubled.
Diffuse and Normalmaps (includes the other texture maps) are downloaded separately so people can download what they want, once the mod is in a state I'm happy with I'll make an all-in-one package.
I didn't batch anything, I went through every texture manually, went in-game to see if everything looked good, every issue I did see with the textures was mostly because of the vanilla meshes.
This mod is intended to be loaded before every other texture mod and used as a base, this includes SMIM or any replacers you may have.
Please post any errors, bugs or criticism.

Clutter (100% Completed) - 1K Small Clutter (Food, Ingredients etc.) - 2K Larger Clutter (Furniture, Chests, Pots etc.) - 4K Unique/Large Objects (Statues, Daedra Shrines etc.)
Weapons & Armor (0% Completed) - No Idea, I haven't looked at these yet
Effects (0% Completed) - No Idea, I haven't looked at these yet
Actors (0% Completed) - Balanced (Vanilla 2K) & Quality (4K) packages will be available so people can mix and match
All normalmaps are double resolution from LE textures
