About the green tundra, Skyking has made a special mod for this: Veydosebrom Green Tundra Grass, the textures are a bit heavier, but it should be fine, just place his mod after. You can also reduce the grass density to gain some perfs. I don't plan to do some grass painting for now :) About your question for the Complex grass patch, it seems to be new textures, so same as Green Tundra Grass, you must place it after mine but they will be heavier too. Though I've played with Community Shader and its grass plugins, it's all good with the current Lite ENB version.
I have no clue how to port this on Xbox, I don't have an Xbox, but if some "porter" could do, I think it will be okay. Just don't forget to credit Elyem, the author of Veydosebrom Regions - A Skyrim Grass Overhaul too.
nice! honestly for the still many 1080 monitor users 512 for grass is quite normal if you are not a weirdo that watch one grass type in the whole screen. 512 is still enough to let the grass cover half screen...
