      the optional files contains the cleaned plugins. use it replace the orginal plugins it will fix the problem.

      Yes there is a ladder inside the tower u can use that to reach the top.

      Why not? You expect the capitol, most internationally important, and most prosperous major city in Skyrim to not have the means to afford cool watchtowers to make its citizens feel safer?

      I think it's a great idea :)

    The tower C can be easily made compatible with Legacy of the dragonborn I think . Can you please create a compatibility patch ? Thanks
