Your horse's stamina begins draining when health is below 50%. So, when stamina goes all the way down, the slow trot (or think of it as a limp now) from the CH mod kicks in, thus, you have a limping "injured" horse until health recovers back to 50%+.

No more interference with the horse's health regeneration. What's left is, when the horse has less than 50% health, then stamina drains... (and just as before, if stamina drains to 0, the limp effect from CH kicks in), and that's all the mod will do in version 1.1. Disappointed to settle for this, but it should be stable, reliable, and consistent now.

NOTE- This mod does overwrite vanilla records of NPCs (the vanilla horses), because I had to add a new "perk" to them, so be aware that if you have other mods overwriting those records (Skytest Realistic Animals comes to mind), you'd need patching.
