Hello! This is my take on Charlie Morningstar from Hazbin Hotel. I've tried my best to make her in Skyrim with the tools I have, so the usual RaceMenu, overlays and hair from mods. The race is Imperial but it should work fine with Breton and Nord too, as long as you change the head part to the High Poly version of the respective race.
It's clear that to achieve the look from the screenshots you need some mods. Here's the list:

High Poly Head (https://vectorplexis.com/files/file/283-high-poly-head/) and all its requirements;
(NSFW) Bijin skin (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20078). I used the CBBE version which needs the respective body mod but feel free to use any body you like, this skin can be used with UNP and standard vanilla body. Just make sure to follow the instructions to make it work with vanilla bodies and you're good to go.

For eyebrows I have the one that come with SFW CBBE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/74257) or NSFW CBBE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/198). The option is trimmed with ligher shade.
It should be all. All credits go to the respective authors, I've merely made a preset that uses assets and tools from the mods above. They made a wonderful job and I can't thank them enough for making all these resources that enhance my experience both as a beginner modder and as a player! <3
