The form ID would be **000D71 with the ** being determined by the game load order. The ref ID is created by your game if I remember correctly. I don't use this mod as I only ported it per user request. However, in my testing she always appeared in the correct location and no one else has reported an issue. If you're using a mod that changes the inn then that could be an issue.
Sorry, something is going wrong with the update of the form. The original mod author created NPCs in a unique way but I've never had this issue with a simply form update. I've reverted things back to the 1.1 version. The old form 43 will work though it may lead to long term issues with the save game.I'll look at it again when I have time.
I've tried porting Elina twice and neither time worked. The game would crash as soon as I came close to her. I'm not sure exactly what is wrong but I've got a few ideas. I'll try again later this week.
If the game is crashing with a follower, first thing to check is the eye normal map. You may have an uncompressed version of my eye normal map fix mod in there. It's been reported to cause issues in Riften, which means it may cause issues elsewhere.
Check the file size of the eyebrown_n map you have associated with the follower that's crashing. If it's 1,366 KB ( 1.3 megs ) then it is the uncompressed version. I have a compressed version up both in Skyrim and in SSE.
So I just downloaded this follower mod and I'm excited to try Katlin!! Oh and I was wondering if you could have time try porting this follower mod from Oldrim. The follower mod is called Melissa with Normal Eyes. I have her in Oldrim but when I tried to use her in SSE, it won't work. I also tried converting it to SSE for personal use and her mouth doesn't move. If you have time you try taking a look at this, but that's ultimately up to you. Thanks for uploading Katlin by the way, look forward to using her!!

When I try to convert this to from 43 it leads to crashes. I'll look at this again later but I won't have time this week. Sorry about that.
