A few Untarnished UI unsquishing fixes for some mods when using 21:9 or 32:9 ultrawide monitors.

Dear Diary Dark Mode and Untarnished UI offer patches for certain mods. However, if you're playing Skyrim on version 1.6.1130 and up you may have noticed that those patches look squished.
There are even patches that address the squish DD(DM) squish fix by xcal68 and Untarnished squish fix by tawmy but those are not for ultrawide monitors. There's this fix for ultrawide 21x9 screens Untarnished UI - Super Ultrawide Fix by TheWalkyrian. However, some mods have still not had patches made for them.
Here I've included unsquishing fixes for the following mods when using a 21:9 and now 32:9 ultrawide monitors!! (32:9 patches are untested, please let me know if you encounter any issues. Also, would love some pics of it working in that resolution, thanks!):
I take no credit for anything, I have only fixed some things so that ultrawide users can enjoy a pretty UI too!

- Static Skill Leveling Rewritten for level up menu
