Let me know, but as this was (re)created using the official SSE Creation kit and installed without any complaint with both older and newer NMM I am more likely to suggest this is something odd about Vortex (I did not switch and stayed with NMM).
Having your esp activated crashed my game before reaching the main menu. After sorting masters & cleaning masters in sseedit it worked, though. There seems to be something funky going on with the header. The games seems to treat it as if there was a missing master. Otherwise useful minimod, and perfectly mergeable, to save the spot in the loadorder.
Odd, it loads fine on my system with the vanilla Skyrim SE running. It certainly has dependencies of Skyrim.ESM, Update.esm and Dawnguard.esm all of which are enabled (in that order) within a standard download/install.
If you happen to notice any specifics on your system which were the key changes let me know as I am always up for making improvements.
I have just added an extra line to the description page stating what the actual mod contains (or rather what it removes).
it is indeed very odd, as while building my modslist, neither loot, not nmm, nor sseedit complained about missing masters, and in fact it took me quite a while to find the culprit. yet I could reproduce it, once I found out wich esp prevented the game from starting. It doesn't matter if I only loaded your esp or alle of them, as soon as your esp was activated I couldn't reach the main menu. After Cleaning and sorting masters everythng worked fine though. Sadly I didn't watch what exactly was changed in the header, I only noticed that the header was indeed changed by the bold modified font after the cleaning, but I will try comparing it with a backup and a freshly downloaded file later today.

Skyrim SSE needs Form Version 44.
