You can just try to copy "pretty face" file to a custom race that you download. Since most of custom race mod won't be distributed to the game world. But yeah you need to download human custom race first..
Edit: Download Ningheim race (can be used on sse) -> copy pretty face texture to that mod -> download ECE (don't enable the esp) -> just like Pretty face, copy male texture to Ningheim Race -> result: beautiful male face 👌
This is great but need matching body texture otherwise there's seams or color differences! Also i use this in conjuction with Total Character Makeover because this does not touch those that are not Nord, Imperial, and Breton! (i know i shouldn't use this if this is incomplete or biased to manfolk instead of covering all, but i am tempted to play as a JRPG like characters) And i use the male only because female is already covered by UNPB.
Also please no SOS i don't want d*cks showing!
Finally make a fix that add proper body, thanks to tartemagne for the body texture: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/125031

then don't use SOS? or use the "nevernude" body options. that has nothing to do with skin creators and is completely on you.
