I'm pretty sure it is. I use Experience myself. This mod doesn't change how skills are acquired, it just sets then to a specific valye at game start, then after that it shuts itself down.
I don't understand the question. This mod only affects player experience if you choose to revert the experience you gained between the time you started a new game and the time you decided to adjust your skills.
I have opened a new game save, for example, I choose to increase skill points to level 50, confirm and start the game, but later I cannot obtain character experience or upgrade the character. My character experience has been stuck at 0, it won't increase anymore
That's strange, this mod runs only once and then shuts itself down after setting the skills. It shouldn't prevent player experience being gained after that. Are you using any other mod like Experience? Are you saying that you're not getting any experience, or that you can't level up once you've gotten enough experience for the next level?
I have no idea how that could happen. If you want to pursue it and find a fix, please create a bug report and post your modlist and plugins in something like pastebin and link to them in the report.
EDIT: FWIW I tried a new game and set skills to 50 and I could still gain experience and level up to level 2 without a problem. The only odd thing I noticed is that my script set my skills to 49 but failed to advance all of them to 50, but I think that's because I'm using Skyrim Uncapper and I have it set to a maximum of 5 skills level per character level, so it probably detected that and prevented it.
Love this mod, always spent console player.av skills every skill to level 1 at each playthrough, but found your mod and it has saved me time and effort, and performed amazingly. Thank you for sharing the mod kind human :)
Could there be a power/spell version that you can cast at leisure which then removes itself? Unless this sort of change works better when done through a quest. Configuring mods tends to take more than 5 minutes for me.
After the 5 minutes is up you get to choose to delay it another 30 sec, 2 min, or 5 min. You can do that indefinitely. Watch the video because I delay it twice in the video.
