Roland's Manor is a no reset zone with safe storage. The home has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are set for children The other two are not. The two set for children can be changed for a total of six followers.

Children's beds are located second floor and first floor, and are assigned to adopted children for a total of 4 kids. You need the HearthFire Multiple Adoption mod to adopt the children. The house just provides their beds and markers. The children's beds and chests will be labeled owned. There is a guest bedroom in the lower level for two followers. I actually use Amazing followers and tell the follower to stay there.

The buttons on the wall of each child's bedroom allows the owner to change it to a guest room for a maximum of 6 followers no kids.

There is a merchant in the lower level. The bed in the merchant area is assigned to the merchant. The merchant has a sleep package, and can wander in the home, but doesn't have access to wander outside.


If the children's option is selected, the house will be compatible with the Hearthfire's multi adoption. The bless this home spell will acknowledge four beds for adoption. If these rooms are changed to guest bedrooms then, Hearthfire will not acknowledge it for children. To avoid NPC confusion decide how many kids, then use the best this home spell.

This manor includes many idle markers for children. It doesn't control any followers, children or spouses. The player still needs the mods to control spouse, family and followers.


Use Multiple Floors Sandboxing Mod to get NPCs to move up and down steps on their own more freely.


Finally, please bury Roland. Use the shovel by the door inside the home.
