This was a little side project for my personal Shattered modlist and wanted to share. Restoring some NPCs that probably didn’t get too much shine in the base game and now have a chance to bring some life into Shattered.
This is a WIP and I'm quite a modding noob at the time this comes out, and would like any feedback/bugs that are brought to my attention.

This mod restores the following quests and NPCs:

QOL Restores:

• Courier (recommended to use with Timing is Everything to disable certain quests by maxing the level requirement in the MCM)
• Falio, for a Vampirism cure
  

QUESTS and NPCs

• The Break of Dawn, made the Beacon findable again
• Aicantar and Calcelmo, along with More Areas Unlocked mod
• Repentance: Illia
• Mistwatch: Fjola and Christer, and should be compatible with Fjola follower mods
• Ancestral Worship: Golldr and Vals Veran
• Infiltration: Stalleo, tested with Thanedom of Treva's Watch.
• The Pale Lady: Eisa Blackthorn and should be compatible with Eisa-related mods
• Forgotten Names: Velehk Sain
• Ansilvund
• Coming of Age
• The Only Cure
  

Other areas and NPCs

• Meeko
• Orc Strongholds: Largashbur, Narzulbur, and Mor Khazgur. Dushnikh Yal is here. The Xbox version of the mod has all 4 Orc Strongholds restored.
• Khajiit Caravans (NPCs are restored, but haven't seen them prop up their tents will keep on testing)
