Now there's an ink and paper merchant for College of Winterhold students!
(and anyone else who needs more ink and paper in their life)
This is an SE port of a mod by Mal90 that simply adds an NPC to the game, Andane Perard, a Breton mage/scribe/scholar who hangs out at The Frozen Hearth in Winterhold. This mod is great for players who need crafting materials for mods like:
I have added a few items to Andane's merchant chest. In the original mod, he sold one quill, a little ink, and some paper. His inventory now looks like this:
A patch is now available to further increase his inventory quantities to:
I'm more than happy to alter item quantities or add more items to his inventory upon request, including items unique to other mods. Please just let me know and I will either update this mod or add patches, depending on the specific items you request in the comments. Note that I likely won't get around to making these changes quickly, but if you'd like to track the mod, you'll get notified when I update it.
Future ideas to expand the mod when I get around to it:
If anyone has advice for me for learning how to create NPC packages for schedules, good tutorials for editing worldspaces in CK, etc., leave links for me or whatever. I'd like to learn more but there's so much info. out there, and it's intimidating trying to wade through it. Will hopefully make this mod a bit more special one day. :)

- 20 inkwells
- 6 quills
- 6 charcoal
- 3 leather
A patch is now available to further increase his inventory quantities to:
- 200 rolls of paper
- 80 inkwells
- 30 quills
- 12 charcoal
- 30 leather

- add optional scroll/book/whatever crafting materials from other mods (leave requests for me if you like)
- create a FOMOD
- create a schedule for him so he visits the college
- add an optional small, highly compatible shop/home for him
- add an optional small, highly compatible living space for him at the college or in the inn so he doesn't just wander around all night
- add more NPCs like him and scatter them around Skyrim
- etc.
