Changelogs
Description
This makes Ralof available as a follower after winning the Civil War for Ulfric Stormcloak.

If you have also completed either The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller or become Harbinger of the Companions, he becomes available as a marriage candidate.

His follower and marriage dialog options become available about one in-game day after completing the quest requirements.

After completing the Civil War, he can be found in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood.

His stats are changed as follows:
Perks
: Light Foot, so he doesn’t trigger traps

Everything else was already sensible in vanilla Skyrim. He levels with the player from level 5 to level 50, has proper health, class and combat style and is flagged as essential.

His vanilla voice type is one of the standard follower and spouse voices (MaleNord), so he is automatically fully voiced both as follower and spouse, with all of the RDO additions if you have RDO.

Installation
Just install it with your Mod Manager. It has no requirements beyond the base game.

If installed during a save and you have already satisfied the requirements for follower or marriage, those dialog options will become available about one in-game day after installation.

Uninstallation
Don’t uninstall during a save if you haven’t satisfied his requirements for marriage. If you have, even if you haven’t married him, it will be safe to uninstall.

Compatibility
It should be compatible with most mods.

He becomes available as a follower once Tullius is dead. Even Civil War mods should be compatible as long as a Stormcloak victory results in the death of General Tullius (I check both ref IDs).

The marriage requirement is simply the completion of either
  • The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller quest (where you learn the 3rd word of Fus Roh Dah and the Greybeards do their little ceremony) or
  • The Glory of the Dead quest at the end of the Companions questline where you kill Kodlak's wolf spirit and he proclaims you as Harbinger
As long as a mod doesn't remove those two quests, it should be compatible.

Todd's other Mods
  • Todd's Spell Tweaks: A QoL mod for Mysticism and the Darenii spell packs. It removes gravity from all spells, increases touch spell range and speed, increases range on upper-level concentration spells, makes the casting time on fire-and-forget spells consistent, applies some duration-related perks more broadly and de-nerfs cloak spells.
  • Bond of Matrimony: Gives the rings you receive during the vanilla marriage ceremony a unique custom enchantment that effectively gives you and your spouse a shared health pool. ESL flagged. No requirements beyond the base game.
  • Todd's Quest Leveling: Adds a level progression to the major questlines, making each successive dungeon in each questline higher level than the previous one. ESL-flagged.
  • Todd's Follower Grelka: Makes Grelka available as a follower after completing her RDO fetch quest. ESL-flagged. Compatible with NPC replacers.
  • Todd's Follower Bryling: Makes Thane Bryling available as a follower and marriage candidate after completing several vanilla quests. ESL-flagged. Compatible with NPC replacers.
  • Todd's Idle-Oaf and All-Fraud: Just a quick, um, "bug fix" to correct the spelling of their names. Changes "Idolaf" to "Idle-Oaf" and "Olfrid" to "All-Fraud" in their display names.
