If it's not too much trouble, you can have a version that only removes bushes. They annoy me a lot, but I noticed in your screenshots that you got rid of them. I would be very grateful.
I removed all those srhubs in general with another BOS swap. But the one i have just takes the nuclear route and hides them by type in general, so they are gone everywere . There are plenty of those in nexus already, i can uploaded it still if you want tho.
the towels too, if you want them back you have to comment the last three lines of the file to add both ropes of laundry and the tree. If you don't add the tree back the ropes just end on thin air.
I separate those lines from the other so are easier to spot
