Master of One - Conditional Perk Tweak
A Tweak for the Conditional Perks from "Master of One - A Double-Edged Perk Overhaul"
Two Option - Not Combatible with the other!
1. master_of_one-HeavyandLightArmorconditioningonlyinCombat
Change the Effect from HeavyArmorconditioning (Running drains stamina - 1 per piece per second by default) and LightArmorconditioning (stamina regeneration penalty - 25% per piece by default)
to Only in Battle.
Its for the Explore Friendly Experience - Penality only in activ Battle.
2. master_of_one-NovicePerkOverhaul
Deactivation from Stamina Cost - Archery,Block,HeavyArmor,LightArmor,OneHand,TwoHand
- Deactivation from The Script in the Magic Effect for OneHanded,TwoHanded,LightArmor Concentration
- for Archery and HeavyArmor i make the Spelleffect Blank.
- MagicEffect Discreption Blank.
And
The Condition Perks give a Flat Bonus for the Attribute (Like the Vanilla Skyrim but Cap with 50%):
- Armor Rating increase for 10% (Rank1) 50% (Rank5) (Heavy Armor, Light Armor, Shields)
- 10% more Damage (Rank1) - 50% more Damage (Rank5) (Archery, OneHand, TwoHand)
(For OneHand and TwoHand i chance the specialist Perk from 30% (Rank1) 150% (Rank5) to 20% (Rank1) 100% (Rank5).
The Debuffs not Change.
Its for the i Use Other Stamina Drain Mods (z.b. "Conditional Stamina Costs - SPID" or the Drain Mechanics from "Blade and Blunt - A Combat Overhaul" or I didnt like this Experience.

For Both it Chance no IDs so Its Combatible with "Master of One - Perk Expansion" Load after this.
