As stated above, I wish to learn enchantments like vampire's kiss if it is not a unique item it doesn't make sense that It can't be learn. Also if this is in the works sorry for bothering you, and thank you!
While I could make the enchantments learnable, applying such an enchantment to another item would be buggy. In most cases, the effect would not, or only partially, scale with the soul gem size and charge amount, staying at whatever I set as "default". The Enchantment description would in some cases state an effect increase, but it would not or only in part be actually applied. I have therefore decided to completely eliminate custom enchantments with these items than to leave you with the unbalanced and buggy mess it would create.
