Patches JK's Belethor's General Goods, HS General Goods, and Distinct Interiors

Tired of trying to choose between both HS' and JK's amazing mods? Well now you don't have to!
HS Belethor mod also needs to be cleaned with Quick Clean if I remember correctly, had a few issues as it has a decent number of ITMs that interfere with things. They did this purposefully and have no plans to clean it so don't go bugging them about it. I also need to work on the navmesh. Currently NPCs struggle going upstairs, they make it up eventually but still. This will be my first time working with Navmesh so I didn't wanna rush with it and break something. For now just let me know if something is out of place or has really bad clipping. Will try to update in a day or two.
While Distinct Jk's Belethor's General Goods isn't listed as a master it effectively is. This Patch was built around it and the shop will be a mess without it. If you use Lux then I recommend putting my patch BELOW the Patches for HS and JK's(and putting them in the order mentioned). Dunno if it matter but better safe than sorry.
I doubt I'll make patches for other mods unless I use them myself and just didn't notice the incompatibility. You can ask but if I don't respond in a day or two it's probably not happening, at least not by me. The patches I've checked for JK's Belethor's General Goods (I use the SFCO and AIO patches) seem to work. Let me know if one doesn't and I'll add try and keep it listed somewhere.

Big thanks to Jkrojmal, Hylios Sykes, and Czasior for their amazing mods. You all gave me choice paralyzes and that's made me significantly better at working in the CK. Unfortunately I'm now having to watch tutorials on how to Navmesh and what previously looked like sorcery doesn't look impossible but oh man is it about to be a pain
