This follower was created with reference to JonThackery's Minthara (BG) preset, so most of the credit should be given to him.
She uses your body with your textures.
You have to use FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP for her wig to work.
In her face this follower also uses High poly head 1.4, Goam's Elven Ears, Brows, Pocky's Quirk Eyes and KS Hairdos SSE absolutly incredible mods that have to be endorsed!
You can find her in Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun.
