You can find him at the Bannered Mare behind the counter. I wanted to put him somewhere warm since he gets cold without any fur. He will act as a follower thanks to Twenty Eight Friendly Cats. I commissioned this mod for myself but figured I would post it, since he has brought me so much joy over the years it would make me very happy if he is able to bring joy to others as well. There is also not much diversity in terms of cat models available on nexus so this is a small step towards that.
The plugin is esl flagged and will not count towards your plugin limit.
