      Yes, if a mod is listed as a requirement then it’s required for the mod to work. It is not labeled as a requirement for fun.

      If someone wanted to do that I would have no problem with it but it’s far beyond my modding abilities. 
      
      irl he doesn’t wear a sweater because it irritates his skin, however he is always burrowed in a blanket somewhere.
