I am using MO2. Where do you suggest to put this in the mod order or the plugin order? Right under the main mod? Should it be before or after any other mods?
For the mods list it doesnt matter, as it contains no meshes or textures, for the plugins list, it should go under Enhanced Solitude. I would recommend putting it before other mods that affect Enhanced Solitude, but this is not necessary

I made a giant post over on the Enhanced Solitude SSE page regarding how I fixed the "Missing Bard's College" issue some people report, and I included your nice mod here. Hope you don't mind.
Definitely an improvement over the original's performance. I can't say by how much, but it's much smoother.
Without claiming a bug, could I ask you to look at two land elements where I fell through the ground? I'm not sure if they're from this mod, but I don't recall it happening before. The first is the grassy patch to the right of the Bank, and the second is the grassy patch in the Southwestern corner of the map, in the new residential area (left of the house behind the fellow who sells lanterns). I know those descriptions might not be helpful. The base form IDs are both 4953A, and the RefIDs are xx039C60 and xx04C543. Both are SgrassPatch01 statics. In each case, I fell straight through, so they might not have collision enabled. If these are issues from the original mod, can they be fixed in yours?
