Added a basic rate limit when holding the up key when 'Custom controls' is off; previously this would continuously push the pin up, now you're limited to several times a second

Mouse cursor has been hidden in the new lockpicking menu.
Adjusted controls with the mouse as it felt fidgety and tough to control on some scales without the cursor. Let me know if you're having any difficulty with this, I tried to tune it to feel reasonably intuitive but didn't have anyone else test it yet!

Made it so you no longer get experience from trying to set a pin and missing when you have the 'Unbreakable' perk or the Skeleton Key, matching the behavior in the vanilla minigame (so you can't farm infinite experience this way)
Fixed an issue where activating a lock and exiting the menu several times in quick succession could result in the minigame not popping up on later activations
Hooked up a visual scale setting to the MCM that I forgot before (lets you control how big the minigame appears)
Added a setting to control x and y offsets for the 'info bar' object at the bottom of the minigame-- couldn't figure out how to properly detect and adjust for screen resolution, but this should let you fix it if it's not onscreen to start with or just isn't where you'd like
Adjusted info bar default position to more closely match the vanilla lockpicking menu
