    im the last person to wanna rag on a mod.  be that as the case may be, i have 3 spells on me that cant even dispelled with console commands.  maybe just maybe if it got rid of the passive particle fx on each spell.  but if i cant even remove something with a console command, I am not happy

      Totally fair. I’ve used this on several play throughs and haven’t had problems, but the number of reports makes it clear there’s some issues. I suspect it has some sort of broken interaction with a popular mod I’m not using.

      Unfortunately haven’t had time to dig into the problem. Until I do I recommend to anybody who wants to try this to make a backup save, test out your spells, and roll back if something breaks.

    too many problems with it, I just give up.
    1. it's not respecting the barrier perk of adamant which was the biggest let down unless tooltip in status menu is wrong
    2. when you maintain invisibility then break it without casting the spell it still uses your magicka unless status menu is wrong again
    3. before number 3 I already was done with the mod but then it decided not to dispel dragonhide for some reason when I got into a big fight even though it was working correctly and I can bet that's script and papyrus issue, this is why these kinda combat mods are much superior when done in skse
    4. unless there is not FLM for most known spell mods out there, configuring the mod to work each time in mcm menu is a pain
    this mod has potential but i think it's barely even in alpha state right now, I'm back to maintained magic

    Can't blacklist spell, and the whitelisting clearly doesn't work properly
    Conflict with autocast boundweapon
    Uninstalling breaks save
    Going back to Lorica and probably won't come back

    Is it possible to still retain the spell countdown indicator at the top right of the screen? They don't show up for me anymore with the toggled spells. I'm worried if I'm in combat and get low on magicka to where my Mage Armor drops, I won't know.

      Go to the SkyUI MCM -> General -> tick "Enabled" under "Actice Effects HUD" and set "Minimum Time Left" to 0.

    Spoilt for choice, there's another very good implementation of this mechanic recently released but I'm going to give this one a try too, there are a few differences. The only problem with toggled spells are the permanent fx, they are inappropriate too often so will need to be toggled off more than what they would normally be. Thank you for your version :)
    Edit - The mod works flawlessly (v 1.5.97) and the costings are very different to Maintained Magic, it will be player preference regarding that as there's no question they both function well. My patch here works with your mod as well :) Maintained Mysticism FX

      interesting...so for the most part spell toggle target your magicka regen while maintained magic mod targets max magicka pool, that one uses skse and also that mod uses a power to choose which spell you want to sustain while spell toggle uses a formlist ini or mcm to choose which spell is toggleable. the choices remain...both are nice improvements in their own way

      Huh cool, I like seeing the flesh spell FX on my character but the cloaks can be annoying. Gotta check out your mod.
