Teleportation spells to the soul cairn!
You will find 2 conjuration spell tomes in Valerica's Lab, in one of the book shelves near her journal.

Spell tomes:
1. Target - Fire and Forget conjuration spell, aimed at the target you want to teleport to the Soul Cairn. Range: 10ft
2. Self - Fire and Forget conjuration spell, activate and the player will teleport to the Soul Cairn (with the followers)

NOTE
To activate the spells you (as in the player) have to have the quest Beyond Death (DG DLC) completed.

For the Non Vampires Die version:
Targets that are not vampires will die in the Soul Cairn! 4hrs cooldown for the target spell
