I am here to save some confused soul. For those who are confused, after some digging and testing, I think: If and only if you are using Elden Parry alone, you don't need this patch as it doesn't do much. (have it doesn't hurt) However if you are using dTry Plugin Updates (AE user), or use Elden Parry -- Ordinator Patch which need dTry Plugin Updates to work, you will need this patch.
