A simple edit which makes Elden Parry work properly with Precision by removing light bash collision while keeping power bash functionality.

Using Precision stops Elden Parry from working correctly. This mod aims to fix that by editing one line in the Precision toml. This works the same as the Precision Elden Parry Compatibility toml. But my patch only fixes the light bash and keeps power bash working normally so mods like Vanguard work well.
Compatibility - No known issues. If your Precision and Elden Parry work, this will work also. Install or uninstall anytime. Its just a toml file.
Note: Be sure to install dTry PLugin Updates if you have problems with getting Elden Parry to work.
