Description
It is said that Jarl Balgruuf is a true Nord and has a great sense of loyality to Whiterun, he also gives off fatherly and regal vibes. Thus I have given him a visual overhaul to reflect this. He is made with High Poly Head, Ks Hair and will use your games body and skin. He is fully standalone and ESL flagged.
