This is an ongoing reposity for some Requiem patches I'm making for Kittytail's amazing spell mods. Technically, I balance these with Magic Redone in mind, but they work without it.
Most of the changes revolve around balancing tome prices and spell costs. I tried not to touch what the actual spells do. A few armor/weapon/creature values have also been rebalanced when applicable. If you find something too OP or UP please report it.
