I've always wanted a replacer for wet and colds cloaks so I made a replacer just swapping textures and formIDs'. I've tested it with Artesian Cloaks of Skyrim with both cloaks of Skyrim and wet and cold options installed through their fomod, and it seemed to work fine. I haven't tested it on an existing save.
