This can be accomplished with a few commands, it doesn't clone her or anything, just changes the already-living-and-breathing character. First, just in case, do her "Stabilized" side quest and progress a bit in the Thieves Guild questline until she's friendly to you in her dialog (at this point she's pretty much just a background character in the Cistern, waiting to be taken on an adventure), then enter these commands:
* You can replace 50 with any max level you want, e.g. 100. I prefer 50 just to not have an overpowered follower. (Her default is 25) * You can refer to this list for the meanings of "setav" parameters. * The default values for "confidence" and "assistance" are fine and don't have to be changed. * "mood" defines her facial expression: 0=Neutral, 1=Angry, 2=Fear, 3=Happy, 4=Sad, 5=Surprised, 6=Puzzled, 7=Disgusted Her default mood seems to be 7 (Disgusted).
Close the console and go ask her to follow you. You may save the game. Those changes persist in your save file, so you don't need to repeat this.
Does it has any requirements? I can't make her follow me or interact in any other way, other than the default dialogue to ask her for her real name.
Also, the first time i met her, i intimidate her to make her forgive the debt the man who works at the stables... Would that be an issue? I've placed the mod last and no luck either.
So after some testing I figured out the issue. This mod operates in a very bizarre way that is causing the confusion. Unlike most mods that would add an existing NPC to the marriage and follower frameworks, what this mod does is create a new clone NPC, that just LOOKS like Sapphire, that can be recruited.
After completing Shadr's Debt (or whatever it is caused), the next time you enter the Riften town area a new "Sapphire" NPC will be generated leaving the Bee and Barb. She will then walk over and stand in the market area next to well, speaking with her will allow her to ask you to follow you and if you have a Amulet of Mara you can ask her to marry you. If your speaking to the actual Sapphire in the Thieves' Guild area it won't work because it's the wrong NPC. I can confirm these are separate NPC's because if you ask "Sapphire" to follow you, then enter the Thieves'' Guild, the original Sapphire will still be there. As far as I know how you complete the Debt quest doesn't matter, but since the spawning of the NPC seems to be triggered by completing that quest, if you have already completed it when activating this mod it might cause an issue.
So in short, if you are looking for a way to make the Original Sapphire a follower/marry-able (Like I was), this Mod is not what your looking for unfortunately. I haven't found any other mod to do that either, so it might require creating your own custom mod through the CK. Hope this helped.
