Updated patch for uranreactor's Oblivion-Like Loading Screens with the latest TESL Loading Screens from Jampion and alawi17v's TESL Addons

I really prefer the presentation of loading screens in uranreactor's Oblivion-Like Loading Screens and generally include a skin for it as part of my user interface overhauls. My preferred source for the images has also generally been The Elder Scrolls Legends - Loading Screen mod, and Oblivion-LLS was released with a patch for it to resize the images to fit the new frame.
However, the latest TESL updates added new screen that weren't included in that patch. Also TESL Loading Screen - Tweaks and Addons adds some additional screens in the same style which have also to the best of my knowledge never had a resizing patch. So I've created patches for both here.
Currently only the main addon file from Teaks and Addons is included, not the various gameplay mod ones as I don't use them in my latest build order.
