For a guy who runs with three custom followers at the same time, im always afraid i miss some tiny bits of dialogue which will add to their character or comments about actual quests or anything, so i cant thank you enough for this. works perfectly well. good job

If u r using  the mod Less Intrusive HUD II SE , maybe the thread will be of some help  :-P

it's recommended that the value of subtitle line spacing be set to 5

Awesome Mod! But is there is way for subtitles don't go quicker as there is some people are slow reader?

What about long distance of NPC speaking but no subtitles unless you get closer, I wish subtitles come up when little far away NPC speaking, it's seem that this game only bring up Subtitles when you are close to NPC speaking?

Other thing, sometime combat end, there is enemies NPC die and still had that subtitles that do not go away unless reload game but yet that might get in way of other newer subtitles or hide, although this mod do help in some help! Thank you.

You can make subtitles appear from farther away by changing the vanilla setting fMaxSubtitleDistance in Skyrim.ini. It's 1250.0 by default.

Could you add fade in and fade out to the subtitles, also make the displacement when a new subtitle comes in and moves the other be animated? i think it would make it aesthetically pleasing and easier to follow

When I try to launch, this pops up:

    "SKSE Plugin Loader (2.2.6)
A DLL plugin has failed to load correctly. If a new version of Skyrim was just released, the plugin needs to be updated. Please check the mod's webpage for updates.

Subtitles.dll: disabled, fatal error occurred while loading plugin

Continuing to load may result in lost save data or other undesired behavior.
    Exit game? (yes highly recommended)"

Any ideas as to what's going on?

Also receiving this, no game or mod updates recently, and the same working unchanged modlist for months. Literally began randomly happening today.

Is there a way to show freecam subtitles?

Not really. The vanilla game doesn't seem to process subtitles at all in freecam mode.

That doesn't give any info, open a bug report and post the crashlog, put a little bit more information for the author to help
