===========================================================================================================================
Legacy of the Dragonborn is a great mod, and I play it often. It has everything. Apart from that tiny bit that I need: A place to chill. So I built this player home with a player in mind who can store all of their artefacts in the museum.

There are two "systems" in the home: General Stores, which uses its own storage system and therefore your stored items can be accessed from other homes that have General Stores assets,

and my own, very unscripted, system of simply providing named storage so you have an easier time sorting your stuff
(named book cases for example), or tailor-made containers (check the tools cupboard in the basement). Items you store in these containers/book shelves are NOT linked to General Stores.
(Imagine you are coming home with a great load of books which you really want to sort. You can first sort them with General Stores Autosorter into the book storage, and from there you can take them and place them manually in the named book cases.)
There is a "market goods" chest near the Main Bed, this is for players who use "Your Market Stall" or other similar mods. Here you can store everything you are planning to sell on the market.

The house was originally planned for a single player (there is a Single Player edition under construction) so it is small, I added the basement to support players who want to live there with their whole family and a bunch of followers.

Because I hate dark basements to live in, I added some fake outdoors to look at. It's not navmeshed and altogether probably unsafe to explore, so bear that in mind before you tcl through the windows :)
There is no precipitation in the interior. I tested it multiple times.

Peaceful Garden features all crafting facilities (alchemy and enchanting in the basement, smithing and leatherwork outdoors), several sitting areas, plenty of space for horses, idle markers for pet dogs, a wheat field, a vegetable field, and an ingredients field where you can choose what to plant. There are three chickens (plus nests), two cows, and a wild hare running around. The hare lives there.
There may be the occasional elk strutting through your garden.

Depending on your visual mods (plants/texture replacers etc) this place can look wildly different from my pictures. I play around with texture/model mods a lot, so you might see that reflected in the shots here, too.

The whole place is carefully navmeshed and I have had no troubles with it during testing. However, I had to move a few assets from the Imperial Camp to the side. Please let me know if there are troubles.

How to start:
Skyrim.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm and Dragonborn.esm are mandatory, should need no mention really.
General Stores requires Skyrim Update.
Get and install General Stores first. Link above.
Install manually or with your favourite Mod Manager. For convenience, the house is already discovered on the map.
Enter the house and find Jorgrim's diary. (Tiny starter quest) - I ditched the key. It caused trouble. House is yours from the start.

To make the house usable for multiple adoptions, use the Bless home spell that comes with that mod.

Conflicts &
Potential Neighbours:

IF you play the Civil War questline, and IF you side with the Stormcloaks, and IF you then take over Whiterun for the Stormcloaks, an Imperial war camp will appear just outside the farm. I cannot guarantee that there will be no problems, as I never play the civil war myself.

IF you play Legacy of the Dragonborn, and IF you choose the Relic Hunter start via Live another Life, there will be a large dark building to the east of the farm. Again, I haven't tested this, but both "ifs" are mentioned in the diary.
Otherwise I know of no  buildings that might occupy the same space.
I had to build a path to the home, for the orphans. This might conflict with anything occupying the same area. I've provided a vague picture.
