Very nice addition to game - and looks compatible with Palaces and Castles Enhanced. Also, looks like it can be eslified (but no patches to this mod added CELL records afterwards of course! - Skyrim bug for esl files).
As far as I know, both outcomes of these conflicts end up fine in real gameplay, so I likely won’t bother fixing them. I made sure to properly cut the nav mesh so there shouldn’t be any problems running it - let me know if you find an issue during gameplay and I’ll try to fix it :)
Just wondering, how is this added to Fort Dawnguard? I'm using Immersive Fort Dawnguard, so I'm just wondering how this would play with it. Looks nice!
It's a separate cell. Check the video to see where the Annex entrance is added - I'll check both of those mentioned mods for compatibility here in a bit. It shouldn't be too hard to make a patch regardless. I'll upload them as soon as I can :)
i am using Immersive Fort DG, this tower is in same place as alchemy tower, so not likely work with ... looking good thou, a few more touches and bang-o
ya lol that was fast! this is the second dawnguard style player home in a few days, i personally love em, your probably needs a map marker fast travel ;)

EDIT: Fixed the hole in 1.0.2, as well as some clipping problems on some of the outdoor clutter. Thanks for the heads up!
Edit: Patch uploaded! It looks like JK's should work out of the box from what I saw in editor. If you catch a conflict, let me know :D
