I love this mod for Legendary Edition and wanted it in SSE, so I tried porting it.
I also made a ESL-flagged version, but use at your own risk.
You will need a NEW game for this mod.
It is incompatible with mods that make changes to enchantments, such as Summermyst, as well as with the original Elemental Destruction Magic mod (there's a REDUX version made by phenderix in SSE, not sure if it would be compatible or not).
I tested it briefly in SSE version 1.597, please report how it's faring in later versions of the game.

DISCLAIMER: This is simply a port, done with care, but I cannot offer support for the mod itself, as I have not created it. Given the amount of changes it does, I wouldn't recommend placing it in a larger-than-life mod list (I don't recommend these anyway, less plugins means less issues). I'm just sharing because it really is awesome and I can't find any port in SSE Nexus.

I'm linking the original mod page here for you to get more detailed information: Worlds Dawn - Enchanted loot and RPG attributes in Skyrim at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

Here is also a short description on what World's Dawn does:

World's Dawn rewards your adventuring with a huge variety of unique and powerful loot to be found throughout Skyrim, and increases the depth of gameplay by introducing classic RPG attributes.

The mod has a chance to enchant or temper any items in an npc's inventory, making fights more exciting and the loot much more useful.
Enchanted and tempered loot can also be found in containers and chests. The enchantments are dynamically generated at random and no two items are exactly alike. You'll come across many brand new effects in your search for the perfect combination. If you're lucky enough to find that perfect item, you can increase its power further using the new Augmenting mechanic, absorbing power from unwanted items.

There are new ways to customise your characters with seven attributes: Strength, Endurance, Agility, Dexterity, Intellect, Wisdom and Personality.
Each attribute provides a small bonus to four different stats, so once you start stacking up the attribute points you can completely personalise your playstyle. You'll be able to increase your attributes when you level up, and boost them with enchantments from loot.

A small note from The Mana Vault:

Please be aware that this mod makes substantial changes to the way you play your game. You will probably need to configure it to have low probability of item spawn, and will still need to apply difficulty changes to your game (get mods with more enemy spawns and toughened enemies with better AI). Please adress interactions between this mod and others that make similar changes with care. Mods that make changes to enchantments and or enchanting system, loot rate and type, magic or player rule changes may have unexpected interactions with this. Also, mods that make changes to perk trees in conjunction with this one may make the game too easy, so please try to choose mods that make character growth more difficult instead of easier (for instance, YASH 2 works properly with this and doesn't make the game simply easier, but this is a question of properly testing your list before commiting).

I have a DISCORD Server! Join for support on mods and collections, to chat, to share mods, screenshots and videos!
