You can use console commands if you want to change that: set dprv_FedDaysVerySmall toX set dprv_FedDaysSmall toX set dprv_FedDaysMedium toX set dprv_FedDaysLarge toX
Where X is how long you want each food category to defer your hunger. As the names imply, X is measured in days, so one hour would be 1/24=0.04167
On a more philosophical note, with the default settings, a warrior can safely ignore food for several days, and a mage can manage a day or two without the problems becoming significant. Being hungry just means you're hungry, not that your life is on the line.
so i got the notification whenever i'm hungry, but there's no notification appearing for me to let me know if i've had enough of food. am i missing something or there's no feature for that?
Perhaps eating and drinking will finally serve a purpose in this game. The same can be said for sleep. Are there any messages indicating hunger ? A stomach rumbling sound would be perfect to accompany the message. Thank you.
I like the theme of the game One Hour One Life, where a system of cravings was introduced, after completing its subsequent stages you are able to survive longer

As for sleep, I like Exhaustion - Incremental Fatigue for that. Or its addon, Exercise.
