Simple fix that changes the texture set used outside of Whiterun for roads to use the stone road texture included with northern roads instead of the texture used inside of Whiterun itself in order to fix issues with no parallax outside as noted on the original mod page post.

Should not cause any issues with any patches from my testing as nothing else edits these values.
