A Patch for avoid clipping tree in Rorikstead when combining this three (?) mods

A simple patch mod from my game for clipping tree inside Lemki's House when using JK's Skyrim and Ulvenwald 3.3 (as per Feb 2024). IDK why there's no patch for this (at least when i googled it or i dont know how to use google hahaha).
Also when using Skyrim 3D Trees and Plants and Ulvenwald 3.3 (as per Feb 2024), there's the tree that became weird in Rorikstead so i push the leaves down (So no deleted objects) and move a bush below Lemki's a bit (I think no one will notice this but there's clipping). But this isn't as important because i think there's another way to patch/fix this.
