Been wanting an updated SPID version of Wet and Cold's wet effects, but it's been ages so I decided to just do it myself.
Every NPC except ghosts (cuz why would they get wet???) will start dripping when they are wet
I'll most likely keep this up until the original author of Wet and Cold updates their mod
Uses meshes from wet and colds directory so any replacers are compatible with this mod
To-Do;
Soggy Feet effect - Can't figure how to add the effect on the spell, so I'd really appreciate it if someone could help with it
