Not a hard requirement but the mod will not look exactly the same as the screens without it.

Hi everyone!
After last week's campfire patching, I decided to have a quick break and do another 'More Realistic' fluffy mod. This mod was requested by @WeldingManDE. It adds shell-texturing (aka The Fluffiness) and more realistic antlers to the Elk trophy from the Hearthfire DLC. Check out the gallery for a better idea of what it does. It also fixes the extreme oddness of the trophy's ears. I mean, what was going on there?
As with my previous Elk mods, the shell textures I'm using are based on MM - REAL ELKS. While that mod isn't a hard requirement, your elks won't look exactly the same as the screenshots without it.
It's a mesh replacer, so it doesn't require an ESP and can be freely installed or uninstalled at any point in your game without any negative consequences.
Thanks for checking out the mod, and, as always, happy adventuring!
