Just a shot in the dark, but do you have Engine Fixes with memory manager enabled?
"Possible relevant objects" in crash log doesn't always point to the cause. I had been getting those crashes too (pointing to Josie and some creatures from MihailMods, of all things), and disabling memory manager from Engine Fixes stopped the crashing for me.
Does crashing still happen if you disable + markfordelete Josephine through console?
I'm not sure what I could do on my end, tbh. ESP looks good, everything in form 44, no error pops up after checking in SSEEdit. I could repack the BSA, I suppose, but I'm not sure what good it would do.

One helpful tip of making sure MemoryManager is causing the crash is checking if tbbmalloc.dll is mentioned somewhere in the upper part of your crashlog.
I've been running EF without it enabled and hasn't noticed any significant performance loss, but it really depends on your startup. You could try editing your EngineFixes.toml file (with Notepad++) and make the following changes (after backing up the original file):
As for why it conflicts with *this* mod specifically, I have no fecking idea. I noticed there's Immersive Wenches mentioned in your crashlog too, so my theory is the crash is somehow related to any mod adding new NPCs to the world?)
I did not change anything in Engine Fixes before playing game with your updated installed. I played for a few hours with no crash. I even went to Solitude and met Josephine. It seems you fixed the problem with your update. Thank You!
