Convenient Bridges - functionally redundant using both perhaps, I do not know if they share the same spaces
Cc fishing
warden of the coast
more bandit camps
2 possible issues that can be solved if you report them:
if a ferry goes too far or into land, it will clip with the landscape or some other object (mod added or not). Need to know where the ferry is.
if a ferry sends the player body sliding(pushing backwards). Where the ferry is so I can identify it. By slowing down the timers this is resolved
For more accurate reports, it is not necessary but useful for me, is using the mod more informative console to determine exactly which ferry is causing it.
This mod cannot cause any other issue or any performance impact.
It does. Something like this /data/data > your files. The issue is the path from the right option in the fomod tool. The destination path. You need to deleted that path and just keep the left option!
Your file isn't up yet, but I got that issue when I did my first fomod too.
Heads up, looks like the new FOMOD, at least for me just now, puts everything in a nested data folder in MO2. It won't recognize anything unless you drag them to the root for the mod.
I love this modification. Thanks. I have a question, Skyrim Ferries - Ferries - small addon - Skyrim is archived, is it not needed in the new version 1.2? If not needed, can I disable it while playing?
hi, is it normal that when i rode a boat, my character cant stay in place and pushed back to the ack of the boat, its like a tremor or some sort... im a missing something?
Hello. Yes, missing reading the description. Not pushed back no, its the camera movement. Pushed back would not be normal, never happened to me. edit: now I see what you mean
I do not have enough info. Are you pushed back on activation or in the trip? In the trip it does not happen, because there is nothing there to make it so. Is it one, or all? If its all I do not know what to say except it cannot happen, unless what is actually happening needs a more accurate description. If it is one only, and it happens on activation, its another matter. And if it is one, does the ferry have a crate or other object in it ? This is another differentiation for a troubleshoot and not related. As you explained, everything is already in the description.
I understand the problem he's going through... I'm going through the same thing. It doesn't seem to be a simple camera problem, my character is actually pulled in the opposite direction that the boat is moving.
In some ferries this is very subtle (like the one in the video below) in others, the force with which the character is pulled is much greater.
EDIT: Surprisingly the problem is related to ENB. I disabled ENB to test and the problem went away. I certainly need to tweak something in ENB for the problem to be resolved. As soon as I figure it out, I'll make another edit to this post.
Hello. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. This is in the description, I suppose it can have a small sliding backwards effect. I regarded pushing as if a npc bumped into the player sending him backwards. Nothing to be done about this. I could make the movement slower and mitigate the effect on the player on that big surface. I also noticed a clipping with the ramp, do you use Solitude mods? I ask so that I could patch it, I´ll make it slower as well. I did not see an enb relation or how it can be so.
I'm experiencing it as well so I always need to run in the same direction as the boat, otherwise, my character is in water. So it's just a normal thing? I've read the description, but authors videos were much better than what I have. I assumed it's a problem on my end.
i think this problem is because physics in Skyrim is tied to FPS which is set for 60 FPS. the reason your character slide on moving platform when activating ENB is because by activating ENB effect it reduces your FPS to lower than 60. the same problem also appear when you activate reshade effect that causes a lot of framedrop even without ENB toggled on. so unless there is a workaround for the physics dependence on FPS, this problem will persist on machine that is not strong enough to smoothly handle a demanding modification.
Its not fps, its the camera. The issue is not persistent because it can be solved easily. It affects bad or good machines. This is far from demanding, in fact, it demands nothing. I do undertsand why one would think that.

Is now compatible with the latest version of Boats?
Is this mod safe to install/update mid-save?
I only ask for the convenience of others and myself, thank you for responding and great job with this mod!

I will try using Resaver once I disable the little add-on while playing.

For those who wants to keep the ferry and remove the bridge, this is one option: Convenient Bridges - Modular Version
For example at Mixwater Mill
