Are your RaceMenu CBBE morphs for your body not working? Do you have the SSE Engine Fixes mod installed? This is likely the fix for you. Without this fix the symptom is that when you open RaceMenu with to command 'showracemenu', the CBBE morphs will stop impacting your character after one or two changes.

This fixes the issue by overwriting the SSE Engine Fixes configuration file (EngineFixes.toml) to disable the MemoryManager and ScaleformAllocator options.
Install instructions:
Disabling these options seems to have little or no impact on the stability of the game for setups with ~500 mods. There are claims that for much larger mod setups (eg in the >1000 mods installed range) that disabling these features of "SSE Engine Fixes" may introduce occasional crashes. I'm not sure if this is true and slightly skeptical, but if you are concerned and have more than 1000 mods installed, you can leverage the secondary fix option instead which disables 'bBodyMorphGPUCopy' option of Race Menu instead. This secondary solution is only partial, and only fixes the freezing of edits in the RaceMenu if your game recently launched. You can find this 50% fix solution as a download alternative you can use instead.
